Can I move an entity that Bizee already formed?
Yes, and nothing needs to be unwound. Upload the formation documents and the operating agreement, add the EIN and the officers, and build the governance record forward from there. You can keep Bizee as your registered agent.
Does EntityEngine have a cap table?
Not for new signups yet. The equity and cap table engine is built but is not switched on in production, so we do not count it as something you get today. Cap table management is also outside the service catalog Bizee publishes.
