EntityEngine Subprocessors

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

EntityEngine uses the third-party providers below to deliver the Services. Each is bound by a written agreement requiring appropriate security measures and restricting use of your data to providing its service to us.

We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a subprocessor that processes customer content. To subscribe to notifications, email privacy@entityengine.ai.

Infrastructure

  • Google Cloud Platform — application hosting, database, file storage, secrets, and build. Processes all customer data. United States.

Artificial Intelligence

  • Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) — AI document drafting, guidance, and retrieval over your organization's knowledge base. Processes prompts and retrieved organization content. Excludes Social Security Numbers, ITINs, and payment details. Your content is not used to train any model. United States.

Payments

  • Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, and invoicing. Processes billing name and address and card details, which it collects directly. We never receive your full card number. United States.

Communications

  • SendGrid — transactional and notification email. Processes name, email address, and message contents. United States.
  • Twilio — SMS and phone number verification. Processes phone numbers and verification codes. United States.
  • Daily.co — video meetings, recording, and transcription. Processes meeting audio and video, participant names, and transcripts. United States.

Operations

  • Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics. Processes error reports and stack traces, which may incidentally include data in scope at the time of the error, plus user ID and IP address. United States.
  • Google Tag Manager — product analytics. Processes usage events, device and browser data, and IP address. United States.

Filing and Registered Agent

  • Commercial registered agent providers — registered agent service in states where you purchase it. Process your name, entity name, jurisdiction, and contact details. United States.

Not Subprocessors

State agencies and the IRS are recipients of filings you authorize, not subprocessors. See Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
